Can I somewhere find the status of my order (sim-cards)

I hope that I will receive the SIM cards before the end of December. I ordered it the 19th of December.

@SHaarsma Based on the 5 - 10 business days. At the worst you are looking an Jan 1/2 2023. If not by Jan 3 2023 contact a CSA via the chatbot and they have a "form" for you to reply to. Obviously they know it will fail every now and then. If you need one quickly some of us here might be able to help you out.

If you happen to be in the GTA...these guys have local pick-up option...

Alternative; if there's a retail mall nearby with a Telus / Koodo kiosk...see if they have any PM sims available.

 

Then, when you do receive the one PM has sent you, offer it to a friend or family member who wants to start a new account. Make sure they use your new Referral Code when they activate their new account.

@SHaarsma @Usually take 3 days to 3 weeks but you can’t try to find out from a agent

@SHaarsma   PM sim card order could take as many as  5 days to 3 weeks, you might want to open ticket with PM support to get an order status

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there
