I submited a ticket yesterday and haven't heard back yet. It said I would likely hear back within 30 minutes, but could be longer depending on how busy they are. I know this time or year can be busy, and I don't mind the wait, but is there a way to make sure my ticket did actually go through and is still pending?

Thank you! This is what I was looking for. I guess I opened two tickets by mistake. I will know to check the sent messages next time.

You would have gotten a ticket number if you placed a ticket on Chatbot. If you pm a CS_Agent, you can check in your Message by tapping your avatar top right and change Inbox to Sent…it should show you message to an agent.
In either case, they will message you back.

watch the little envelop icon on top right side of page will be highlighted when they respond. If it's been 24 hours...follow up with another message to them. Or...use this link to message them..
