SIM error message

Just recently received my SIM card.  (New service). When I put my SIM card in my phone I get an error message “SIM not provisioned”.   My new number has already been assigned to me although I wanted to port my old number.  When I try to log into my account it sends me 2 - 6 digit numbers I have to enter.  One by email and the other by phone number.  Since my SIM card is not working I am not able to get the 6 digit off my phone.  How do I go about getting help on this

they've sent you a code via email as well...have  a look in your email to find the code.

@Lads_54 try using the code sent by email, that one should hopefully work, but if not try reaching a support agent for assistance:
