RESET PHONE eSIM Deleted

I factory reset my phone. Esim was deleted. I had to create this account just to post this because I cannot login to my real account because it requires 2FA by sms. I have tried the email option but my gmail also requires 2FA by sms. Please help.

Transfer Sim card

I cancel my subscription to my $20 account. I want to activate my $15 plan with the same Sim card. However, it keeps telling me that the SIM card is already in use. How do I transfer the SIM card to the $15 subscription?

Resolved! SIM Shipping

I was never given a shipping confirmation code, just a confirmation email. No tracking, only a note that it was shipped via Canada Post. Is has been a week now after the supposed estimated delivery date. What now?
