I currently have a 1GB subscription for $25. When I scroll through plans I can get the 4GB of data for the same price but it is not an option when I am logged in. How can I change to the 4GB subscription from 1GB? Thanks
I made a ticket and that 4gb plan is only for new subscribers. It looks like I need to go from 1gb of data to 20gb of data with a $15 increase in my subscription.
The only options are LTE and 3G. The phone seems to cycle through the two networks regardless of the setting. Is there something else I need to do to keep it on one network or another?
