I’m getting confirmation emails to my new email address that I’ve successfully changed my email address however I’m getting an error message on the app and the email address does not change.
How can I fix this?

Clear app cache and try again. If iPhone, you cannot clear cache, so try to uninstall and reinstall app
or try using browser with Incognito mode

it could be just an app cache or browser cache problem. Please try again using Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to login My Account, or try using the PM app (logoff the app first and log back in)
