are you talking about replying message to CS_agent? you can go to your Community inbox and click on the message they sent you. At the bottom of their reply, there will be a box for you to reply

to message Customer Support ?...click the orange chat icon on lower right side of page to start the process. What is your concern...maybe we can help.
