did you use the Public Mobile app? If you are still using the browser and if you just paid, you need to download the PM app to continue.
if you downloaded the PM app and have trouble login, then you will need PM to help
Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket. So, you will need to message them here:

Did you finish off the activation via the PM app? You can start the activation on thet website, but will need to download the PM app to finish activation.
