change plan

Hello, I try to change my plan on my old one but I can not, Ido not need Data, Could someone help me?

All PM plans have data, there is no voice only plan any more

The cheapest plan is $15 or $19 plans with the least data, but you likely cannot change to those plans, those are legacy plan and plan for new activation only 

You can only change to plans available on your My Account Change Subscription page
