Try a reboot of your phone. Network reset of phone (note: this will erase any saved Wifi passwords)
Which model phone do you have? Some customers have issues with voice recently with the refarming of the 3G 850 MHz band to LTE.

This is weird. Try the sim in another phone and test
And you can then put the sim back to the original phone and try Reset Network Settings and test again
If you need PM to help, submit a ticket. Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
