My phone plan has suddenly been cancelled or stopped.
I've received a text saying my payment method is incorrect, but my payment information has never changed and my card has been successfully used for a year.
Yesterday I was able to log in to my account, but I am now locked out.
A week before, I was told that my caller ID came up as "possible scam", perhaps that has something to do with the lockout.
I use this phone number for my business, it is very important to e to have it operational as soon as possible. Thank you.

Try adding a different credit card number to your account. A family member or friend temporarily. 6 months ago my visa was randomly rejected by their system so my phone went dead too, without warning! It took them months to fix it.

don't think the caller id "possible scam" has anything to do with it. The caller id is just a database setup by other businesses
for your problem, quick way is get a PM voucher from stores, load the voucher using *611 so you get the service back
But if you want to get the access back, best to open ticket with PM. Use the Orangle chatbot icon on lower right, type the question Submit Ticket and then select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
