hi @SJ14 

first, remove the phone number.  This is just the Community and we are just customers like you

and for those accounts, did you activate them all today? you activated physical sim or esim?

make sure the old carrier sim card are removed.  If the old one is esim, disable them

and for the PM esim, make sure it is set as Primary and active (or Turn on this line is set).  Then try Reset Network settings

if you still cannot make them work, ask PM suppor to help or ask them to cancel the account for you
