I look after my wife's account, but it is locked and I have been trying to get into it to change the subscription to the $21.00  a month plan with no luck. I use my second email account address for her account access. But no luck the last few days being locked out. Could you help me do this?

I finally got in to my wife's account after so many ties. Thank you to everyone for helping me out.

@414tech we won't have access to accounts or personal info as we're all customers here but if you reach out to a support agent they should be able to assist.

You will need to open a ticket through the Chatbot:
