I had a public mobile sim last year but i lost it. i got a new one but it wont let me have my old number. how do i fix this>

Before you contact a CS Agent @Leeza1 try calling the number first to see if it's been reassigned to someone else. Second, if it was ported in from another service provider, it's been sent back to them. Might be just easier to get a new number.

hi @Leeza1 if you have not been paying the account for the old lost one, the account would have been closed and the number would be gone back to the pool for other to choose. But check with PM agent to see if they can help to reassign you back the number
