Hey,
Been a public user for years now, recently referred a friend (last Thursday) to Public and she is having some issues with what seems to be a stuck port.
She can make out-going calls, but cannot receive calls or texts and can't send texts. When I try and call her it goes right to voicemail. She did get the porting text from her old provider and replied YES well within the 90 minutes.
She was porting in from Sasktel (I think pay as you go) and she used her IMEI not her account number. Im trying to help her out as she isn't big into technology (and I'm feeling quite guilty for referring her and it not working).
So team, what do we do? When researching the issue I have read that there is a phone number for calling into public about porting issues but it doesn't appear to be posted publicly. Can someone more in the know than I reach out with what to do?

So does the Saskel phone still take incoming calls? Or is that line no longer working? I assume that the Public Mobile SIM has been inserted or eSIM turned on and the other deleted or removed?
Also, what type of phone does she have?
Have an agent review further if still not working.
