get you a new cellphone and download the Public Mobile app. Then you can log in to your account and get an esim and resume your old account.

Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket. So, you will need to message them here

And if you are going to come back to PM, buy a PM sim card from Telus or Koodo or Mobile Klink store in your area

Please create a ticket here. Your sister will be the one who will have to create her account on here and answer several security questions to verify her account. They can then lock the account.
