How do I change credit card information?

wanna update your payment card ? Try logging in to your account using the PM app. Click Payment ; then Update Card Info.

@JeanB1940 If you go to the Public Mobile app on your phone go to the Payment tab, then go down to where it says "Update Card Information", that should be it

@JeanB1940 honestly it's not that bad. I reached out to a support agent myself last week and was able to get the issue resolved fairly quickly. But if you are able to let us know what you are trying to do and where you are stuck we can often provide answers right here very quickly.

wish that was possible but it isn't possible with PM. The best is to post your question here in Community and we can guide.

@JeanB1940 Public Mobile is a self-serve carrier. There is no option to actually speak with someone other than to create a support ticket where you will hear back from a custom support agent but all communication will be done through text in your community inbox.

You will need to open a ticket through the Chatbot:

(and then type: Customer Support Agent)

some have better success using the app to update credit card info. If all else fails, use the chatbot orange bubble bottom right side of page to start process of Customer Support.
