Cannot send Videos

I’m using an iPhone and had no problems sending videos before. But today, I cannot send any and I am able to receive videos. I’m also able to send pictures, just not videos. I also tested sending videos to an android phone and it doesn’t work either.

No service after renewing subscription

No sms security codes coming to my number.

Question

I keep getting text messages about getting rid of 3g but I was on 5g and I subscribed to 4g for a cheaper plan. I'm still getting calls about my account being removed, as 3g is no longer going to be here, but I'm on 4g. Should I be worried?
