Account refund

Unable to make or receive phone calls

Everytime I change province like from Ontario to Quebec I cannot make or receive any phone calls.  I've had that problem in the past and it was resolved but for some reason the problem came back;

My Sasktel landline is confirmed portable by SaskTel but your Transfer Phone Number tool says the number is not available in port. Please check whether this number can be manually ported or wether this exchange is unsupported on Public mobile.
