Hello, I just gave my credit card info and subscribed to your 29$month deal, but I have not been able to activate the account and transfer my old number. Meanwhile I have decided to stay with old provider with a prepaid plan. So can you please cancel my subscription? I am not able to log in since my account is not fully activated.

as you've already paid, why not activate the new account and just take a new number to test drive Public Mobile for 30 days. After the 30 days, I know you'll like it and you can initiate port of your old number to your new Public Mobile account.
