Hello,
We have just the most basic plan, and haven't done anything since the plan changed nearly a year ago from monthly credits being applied re auto paying, tenure and referrals...other than continue to have automatic payments happening of course! And, by way of additional comment, of course this new system does not reward us nearly as much...as is well known by now!
I have just redeemed for a $15 Bill Credit and received an email acknowledging this. But I see under the Payments section "$15" shows, below that "+Add Funds to My Account" (and underlined), and below that a tab "Redeem Payment Voucher". Is there anything else I need to do to ensure the $15 is applied to my next bill, i.e. click on "Redeem Payment Voucher" as an extra step?
Thank you!

Thank you to all with quick replies & the private msg suggestion from Dorcas2 (a family member does that annual bit). I am no longer concerned! Our payment is only $15/month (+ tax), so good to know, Sansan, that I can redeem again in the next month or 2 (still doesn't match the $6 off our bill per month under the previous method though!).

If you redeem 15 points for $15 funds will appear on 'available funds' and will be used to pay your bill. If your plan is more expensive than $15 then top up will be from your credit card.

You can redeem as many $15 you want if you have enough points.
I redeemed 5x a few weeks ago. Each month they take from my Available Funds and the remaining stays on my account in Available funds. My credit card has not been charged in 3 months as I have enough points that I redeemed.
There would be nothing else for you to do once you see the amount you redeemed in Available funds.

hi @55googler
if you see $15 showing as Available Funds, you are all good
if your plan is over $15 and has a valid credit card on file, PM will take the remaining balance from your credit card
(you can also check Payment history page and you should see a line confirming PM deposited $15 into your Account)
