Points/rewards question

Hi, I’m thinking of canceling my phone and went to unsubscribe - it said if I did that I would lose my 82.95 points balance. However, when I checked my rewards under that section, it says I only have 13.07 in points. Which is the correct balance and if it is the larger one, can the proper balance be fixed please? Thanks.

For the 80+ points, you sure it does not mean you have earned that many so far, bu yiu have redeemed some before?

The correct points you currently have and can redeem is the points shown on the Rewards site

@Heddy  If you cancel your account (unsubscribe) for more then 90 days or port your number out you will lose all points and holiday bonuses you earned over the years . Best to use up your rewards before you cancel or port out for maximum value 

adding you may see different amounts due to what’s in your available funds and what you have accumulated in your rewards portal  could be the difference in what your seeing
