@CURTIS13 , the cost breakdown should be straightforward. The sales tax is based on the phone number area code. Subtract the sales tax from the total and you have the plan cost.
You can always view account charges by signing into your account and clicking on the Payment tab. You can review the history and it will let you know what's it for.
