I lost my phone two days ago and now I no longer have access to my email to verify when trying to log in as it was logged in but I can no longer change password for email as to do that I need to verify with a phone I do not have . I'm trying to log on as I am trying to get a new Sim for anew phone Help!!

in the other phone , call yourself, then press * when you hear the greeting to access voicemail and then enter voicemail pin

do you know your voicemail pin? you can use that to get the 2FA code. Just select didn't receive code and send voicemail, then call your voicemail from another phone to get the code
if you cannot get it that way, then ask PM to help
Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket. So, you will need to message them here
