Another Authentication method besides sms

re: 4. Managing EverSafe Settings - in this area, I cannot see anyway to choose email as my primary verification method. I see options to change my email, or to change my phone number, but no way to select email as the primary verification. Can you provide more detail on how to do thi?

@Meags to set email as the primary way to receive the 2FA, you will have to remove the phone number from the Manage EverSafe ID screen.  Please note that since phone number is removed, email would become the only way to receive the 2FA as well
