Whenever I pay, I login on my phone and it will not allow me to assign a number to my Sim card or port one. When I click help and try to click the link to sign in when I'm already signed in to send me to a different sign in off the app it wont sign in. Will not allow me to speak to an agent. So now I have paid twice with my card on two emails and have 200$ in pre paid cards.

you will need to have PM support to sort out the 2 accounts situation and make sure one of them work.
