i need to call urgent to couple toll free numbers but none of them are going thru...even i rebooted my iphone but didn't work

yes..i did reboot my phone like multiple times but it didn't work

You don't need to by any add-ons...your plan should be able to dial those numbers. Did you try shutting down cell and rebooting ?
Try network rest.

i don't understand this...
i switch public mobile 4 weeks ago and i was able to dial most of the toll free numbers but problem started since yesterday and i have to call these numbers for my work.....raised the tkt and agent added 500 min and told me to restart my phone but it didn't work and now i'm waiting for response for next step but this is frustrating as i have to chase public mobile while i'm working....

hi @SG2190 I am able to call both numbers
try Reboot phone again and then click Reset Network Settings on the phone and try once again
if same, submit ticket as said above

hi @SG2190 is that Canadian 1800 numbers? not all 1800 can be called from Canada

some toll frees won't connect due to regional settings on their end. You could try asking Operator to help.
added...that won't work as no longer have access to traditional Operator with PM.
