Hi, I'm trying to help my husband who is a Public Mobile customer (long time) update his payment information for his new credit card with PM and having great difficulty.
Firstly, I've set him up with PM online with his email and PW, but when I add his phone number it says it doesn't recognize it. Remember he has been with them for many years with automatic monthly payment to his credit card.
All we want to do his update his new credit card expiry date. Can someone help with this?
Also, what is the direct email to a real customer service agent please. We find their web site quite challenging. :((

Thank you for your response! Okay that sounds fine. I've just emailed customer support on behalf of my husband. Once we get access to his online account I'm sure we can update his payment information. He recently got a renewal credit card with a new expiry date that Public Mobile has messaged him for. He wants to get his account with you updated. Thank you for your help! Leesa (wife)

For security reasons, support agents are not able to update or modify credit card information on a customer’s behalf.
However, the best next step is to open a ticket with our support team. An agent will be able to assist with gaining access to the online account and provide help with updating the payment method.

you probably need to ask PM support to sort our your My Account login with the link to your phone number first
