The automatic top up is set as default when you subscribed. There is a step and a check box during subscription and you have to agree to it for the subscription to continue
As to the "free month", PM has no free month promotion. They did have deposited a $10 friend referral for you and that is why you were only charged $26. Please note that for each renewal, there will always be at least 2 lines showing a inflow of funds (in your case, the automatic top-up and the RAF credit) and a line for how the funds were used (in your case, the "Purchase" line)
