Public mobile took a monthly payment from my credit card on Dec 25, I ported my number to another carrier today on Dec 26. Now I'm unable to sign in to my PM account. It would be nice to have the charge reversed but more importantly remove my credit card from the monthly auto pay. The cel phone kiosk suggested that PM would assign a new number for a month.
Can anyone advise the best method to remedy this situation. I don't want to keep getting billed.
Thank you

Ouch! How's that for a Merry Christmas 🙂
Fair comment but how about an opportunity to ensure that my credit card is no longer going forward. There have been comments that this can be a problem. I'd like to leave on good terms and not be ghosted.

hi @Llan1
PM do not provide refund. Where you are going? Some new carriers are willing to give a one time credit, especially with Koodo and Telus. Try with your new carrier

Once account is closed, you will not have access to the account. There have been stories of people reporting continually been charged after successfully porting out....
To remove cc information only agents can do that. You can message them at the link below and ask.

Hello.
You want be able to sign in as your account is now officially closed.
Public Mobile is a pre paid service. If you chose to port out to another provider during your 30 days purchase, that's your choice. You forfeited that money.
