cancelling my credit card on my file

How can I cancel my credit card information card on file permanently? i will call in each month before the renewal date with another card to pay

To use a credit card at Public Mobile, it must be first added and saved in the account.  If you do not wish to use your credit card, have a Public Mobile customer support agent remove your current card.  You'll then need to purchase Public Mobile payment vouchers elsewhere to pay for your plan.

There's nobody at Public Mobile who you can call. Please remember everything for Public Mobile is done online.  To change your credit card, log into your Public Mobile self serve account using the Public Mobile smartphone app.  Go into the Payment area and select the Update Credit Information option.  Doing that removes the previous credit card.
