if you know your voicemail PIN, you can choose Send voice message. You can then call yourself from another phone, click * when you hear the greeting and enter the voicemail PIN
if you cannot get the code that way, you will have to message PM CS agent and ask them to put your account phone for Lost/Stolen phone. Private message CS Agent at:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after ticket submitted, CS Agent will reply to you there

I clicked on resend but every time I redirected to a page with two option 1. Send message 2. Send voice. There is no option for Send email in redirected page

you can get the 2FA code via email: On the screen it is expecting you to enter the code, click Didn't get the code? or Resend code and then choose Send email
Once logged in, go to Profile page, click Report Lost/Stolen Phone and click Put my service on hold
(or use this direct link: https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/account/profile/lost-or-stolen-phone)
If there is no choice for Send email, please ask PM support to help, Private message CS Agent at:
