Hi, I have never seen 5G sign even the contract is 5G. Always shows LTE. Also I noticed that I receive the error when sending message to people who has androids, so it unable to send messages to them. Please look into it and fix it.

All plans connect to the best available network, LTE/4G, 5G or even 3G. The '5G' in the plans just refers to the maximum speed the plan will allow on the network.
It's a tough to trouble shoot all the possible issues sending messages. It could be related to RCS, turn that setting off as a test.

Which generation of iPhone do you have? Where you are at (city and province)?
with your 5G situation. Try to change the network mode. Try both 5G On and 5G Auto.
With the text to Android issue, make sure your iPhone is set to send as SMS/MMS and that your cellular data or Wi-Fi connection is working
