Mobile data apparently missing

I have registered on Aug 23rd 2024 and there was no service until Aug 24th 2024 afternoon. My number got transferred from another service provider and got activated on Aug 24th 2024 afternoon. Will my Billing starts from Aug 24th 2024? Please advise.

Resolved! Data Used Seems to be Incorrect on my Account Overview Page

On my Account Overview page, the amount of data used doesn't seem to be calculated correctly.  It's showing that I've used 141.52MB of data since Aug. 20th, but in the usage history it shows that I've only used 19.18MB since the 20th.

HiMy dad signed up for the $19 plan today. Unlimited talk and text and 1 gig of data. He sent a bunch of texts today (no pictures) and in usage history it says he used about 10% of his data already? No Internet usage.  Thx. Brian
