So I’m on a mouth long vacation and I ran out of my 3 by of data included in my plan. So I used 15 points to get an idea extra 1 go of data and the app says that I have 4 gb now. But for some reason my data is not working like my calls and text go through but my data does not work.

You used 15 points to redeem?? You redeemed the wrong add-on, you redeemed the US roaming data instead of Canadian data!!!
The choice for Canadian data add-on for redemption are:
1GB Add-on - 10 Reward points
200MB Add-on - 5 Reward points
You need support to help to reverse the transaction (unless you want to re-buy the Canada data add-on first, or redeem again for the correct one so you can have access to data now)

Yes I have tried rebooting the phone resting the mobile network settings. And I have a iPhone so I don’t have a data limiter so

@Jiji2 sometimes is the data limiter in the device itself blocking the use of data. Check and disable or first, reboot the phone and test again.
