Need to transfer my number from Koodo, but it is not a prepaid account. I post pay for my service.
When I enter my transfer number to set up my sim card, it says invalid number. Help!

take a new number initially, then contact Customer Support once your new account is up and running as expected. Just don't cancel your old account yet.
