My phone was lost/stolen. I purchased another PM sim card. Put it in another phone, changed the sim card number on the account, resumed services. It does not work. How do I activate it?

Did you try resetting the Network settings on your new phone then reboot your phone by powering off then back on?

@KSIE_01 You do T activate it you just change the sim card number on account so you did that , then you have to reboot the phone and it should work , if not message support to help
