Hello, 

I am not sure what is going on with the referrals but I would like to figure it out. When I signed up I tried 2-3 other peoples codes and they didn't work sadly. Then now that I have an account I have set up 3 different people and I tried using my code for them and it didn't work for them either. I set up my husband and my parents accounts and I also tried using their referral codes for each other and none would work so it isn't just my account. I am not sure what the issue is here either, doesn't seem that difficult but I am not sure what the problem is. Has anyone else had this issue and fixed it and can enlighten me?

that's unusual, most don't have that problem. Just click on the orange chat bubble on lower right side of page to start process of Customer Support.

make sure you didn't get mixed up with 0 or O , 1 or I

you can ask the one who joined to use their account to open ticket with PM support and ask them to confirm and add it back 

 submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:

             Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".

@Emrys2025  You have to ask those used refferal code to log into community and contact support to ensure it was entered correctly 

you can use the orange chat bubble bottom right of screen  or send  a  private message   To CS_Agent

@Emrys2025 , the referral system does work.  If you have had issues, use the chat symbol on the lower right corner of the web page to initiate a support ticket and have an agent look into your specific situation.
