Sometimes the texts for referral joining or referral leaving don't seem to get sent out.
Check your Self-Serve. You'll see whether or not you have any (new) referrals in your rewards/points summary. You'll only see the last four digits of each referral's phone number, but it should be enough to identify any friends or contacts you personally know.

has it been 72 hours since you friend joined? ask your friend to check his My Account and see if the $10 shows up on his Available Funds. If so, you should get yours in couple more days
or if your friend didn' see his and you already waited a full week, ask your friend to open a single ticket for both of you. Message PM support here:
