Hi there, I've tried everything for the last couple of days and I come here defeated. Recently I changed my credit card, and I tried updating it on public mobile, but it didn't let me. At first I thought it was an error, but now I'm desperate. I've tried everything, and I can't get the problem solved, I've tried the Ai chat, and it doesn't help, and I can't submit a ticket. I'm frustrated. Please help @CS_Agent

I had to do mine on a computer the app would not let me
