I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to request an extension of the current hold on my mobile account.
I am using public mobile for more than four years and I am a loyal customer also and paid the bills on time without any issues
The reason for this extension is due to my extended travel in India and unforeseen circumstances, i have extended my travel.
I am requesting you to consider my request to hold my mobile account for three more months
I would appreciate your confirmation once the extension has been processed.

@nvr if you have already had the account in suspended state for less then 90 days you have to make payment for another 30 days before that 90 days is up , then you can put it back on hold again for another 90 days in suspended state is the only way . If you let the account go longer then 90 days in suspended state state the account will automatically close for good resulting in you having to get new sim new email and create new account . So it’s best to pay for 30 days before 90 days are up and rinse and repeat the cycle for long as you need . Hope this helps

I doubt that customer service agent will be able to help. If you want to keep your account, I would recommend resubscribing to your plan for one month and then unsubscribe and you will have another 90 days to resubscribe to your plan. Remember that your account can only be suspended for 90 day before PM will close your account permanently and your number will be lost. This is what PM customers do when they are away from Canada for prolonged periods.
