Call directly to voicemail

Phone doesn't ring. All calls go directly to voicemail. This just started after 9 mos as a customer. Account is up to date.  This is very frustrating and causing me to think about changing cell carriers

Not receiving OTP, no numbers blocked.

I'm not receiving OTP for my VISA card transactions. Many OTP work from banks, government, apps. Just this one VISA issuer I'm having issues with. I unblocked every phone number in my SMS settings.
