@Aaronbrook37 it is safer to provide account number instead of IMEI.
there is a number to call to talk to porting support in person. They can confirm if there is any issue with your porting request. I will message you the phone number. Please check your Community inbox

It's always better to submit the account number.
Just use the Chatbot Simon to get a service ticket and submit the account number and all correct information.

There is no MEID. It's actually an IMEI on current devices. I can only assume that you are porting in a phone number as that's the only time that an IMEI (or account number) needs to be provided.
