Hi Team,
I changed my plan and billing on 7th December 2022. Amount has been deducted from my card but the Data Limit and Plan details are still showing as old one.
Kindly check and rectify the error

Do a log out, restart phone and check again. If no luck, chat with https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help

This sounds very similar to a recent thread.
Click on any little spinner refresh icons you see lower down or use private mode to update the info.

@megha_gupta81 hi you are probably looking at a cached version of your account use a differrent browser in private or incognito mode and sign back i to see if it updates

Try logging into your account using a browser in incognito or private mode instead.
Your probably looking at old cached information.
