SIM unavailable pop up on multiple phones

I am getting a SIM unavailable error pop up and no service at random times.   I thought it was my phone, so I switched my SIM to another phone and same thing.  Been happening over the past 2 weeks at random times.

Don't think, this has been happening for the past 2 weeks, I remove the SIM and I get service back.  It happened more on my original phone, so I thought it was the phone.  I switched phones and now it is happening with this phone as well

Check to see if there is a temporary outage in your area. Contractors could be working in your area. Check map:

Otherwise, it could be a backend provisional issue with the SIM as stated by @walker1.

How do I contact a CSA?

You should contact a CSA from Public Mobile and have them look into your sim card and provisions.
