incomplete porting

My previous service provider Rogers, says the porting of my cellular number was not completed. Please resend them a porting request in order that they may process it.

@Jojo85 hi I will send you the porting dept number so that they can reinitiate the transfer request for you check your message envelope

You can do that yourself by asking a Public Mobile Customer Support Agent 

 

All you need to do is either send a private message to CS_Agent or use the Chatbot Simon to get a service ticket ask for the port request again.
