But you can try open a ticket with PM customer service for help, click here to send private message
There is no point opening ticket nor contacting agent for any refund in this case.
Rules are very simple: you get charged for 30 days in advance; you paid; you decided to leave PM next day; you should use service first before leaving.

Since PM is pre-paid service (means paid first then get service) and you renew date was on 28th, so PM charged you on 28th and you transferred your phone number to other provider on 29th, so you can't get refund.

@Hayanee Well if you ported out on the 29th Nov. and payment was due on 28th Nov., then you can't really expect a refund as you were still a PM a customer, plus prepaid service means no refunds unless there was an error from PM's side for that charge.
You can contact support via chatbot and ask customer service to remove any payment card by submitting a ticket, for any future errant charges (unlikely as account is closed after porting) here: https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help

PM is prepaid. There are no refunds. Did you port your number out? If yes, it would have been automatically closed.

Sorry but there's no refunds or prorating here.
