im having problem with my payment and I need to re-activated my account

Just buy a voucher as already mentioned or from recharge.com to get your services working. Forget the login. Just reactivate with the voucher. Or real time payments in some stores. Then with services working you can take your time to figure out why things aren't working.

I just login to my account and no problem.

Did you clear the cache, cookies and go incognito on your browser?

What browser are you using?

Google Chrome, Edge or other browser?

its not working I did that already and its just not working online its just say ops! something went wrong try back later but docent tell me what's the problem and by phone the same thing... this is really stressing me now

You can make a payment by login to your account with a CC, debit or voucher but clear your cache, cookies and go incognito your browser before login to your account.

Or you can purchase a voucher and dial 611 to enter the voucher number from these locations:

Try making your payment from inside your account or calling 611 from your phone.

Try logging into your account using a browser in incognito or private mode first.

You'll have better success that way.
