can't make long distance call

Data usage is not refreshing for new plan cycle

My current plan cycle restarted on September 3/2022, but my data usage chart has not reset. It still says 12gb used but I checked my usage from Sept 3 until now and I only used around 1gb. How can this be reset? Thanks.

Phone not working

Phone Order

There was post that said after received the order number, then can using the order number to check at Canada Post. But my phone order was delivered by UPS. So can't check at Canada Post. If it's sim card order, may can check at Canada Post.
