Number has changed

I have 4 lines.  I've been with PM for 2 months.  All of a sudden PM is saying 2 of my llines are unable to port the original numbers and have changed the numbers.  I can't get a hold of them to rectify.   Help.

your porting was not completed.  Your old provider should have sent you a porting authorization text and you likely have missed it.   If  the porting was not authorized for over a month, PM has no choice but to cancel the porting request and re-assign you a new number

you should login to your old provider and confirm if those lines are still active, ie, you are still paying for it

if you have told old sim card, you can also confirm that by putting the old sim card back. Those old sim for the 2 lines should still be active and have service

If that is the case, you need to resubmit porting request.  Please login My Account, go to Profile, click Transfer number and submit Transfer number Request and provide them the old provider's account number.

This time, please leave the old provider sim card in the phone, reply YES to complete the number transfer

They usually won't change number on any account.  Better to check with agent and ask them to investigate
